I went to Delhi, Chandigarh for coaching for UPSC, SSC, but failed to clear exam. Then I met Arun sir, in 2010. He is not only a great teacher but also a councellor and motivator. I owe a lot to him. Career Consultancy, Patiala the first venture of Career group started in the year 1995. It is dedicated to education, and training of students for various competitive exams. It also offers an excellent opportunity to prepare for UPSC, PCS, CLAT, IBPS, SSC. The Institute is headed by Mr. Arundweep Singh Bhatia, who is pioneer in giving coaching in General studies and Maths (Quantitative Aptitude). Our Mission

We enrol candidates possessing the necessary potential to compete at the Civil Services Examination. It organizes them in the form of a fraternity striving to achieve the success in Civil Services Exam. To Crack the exam candidate should have two qualities : one relates to character and the other to administrative talent. No candidate is born with this potential but it is acquired over a period of time. We at Career Consultancy help the candidate in his quest for this acquisition. The interview of a candidate appropriately describes what is expected from him. The candidate is asked questions on matters of general interest. The object of the interview is to assess the personal suitability of the candidate for a career in public service by a Board of competent and unbiased observers. The test is intended to judge the mental calibre of a candidate. It is a test of his mental awareness , nature of judgement , variety and deapth of interest, ability for social cohesion and most importatnly integrity. A candidate must take interest in events happening around him as well as new discoveries which arise curosity of all educated people.
